The cost of a contact lens exam ranges from $130 to $150, depending on the complexity. For new contact lens wearers, there is an additional $45 fee for training.

Yes, you likely can! We work with a variety of vision insurance plans on an open-access basis. Although we are not directly contracted with your plan, we can still perform eye exams and help you use your benefits. Provide us with your insurance details, and we’ll determine your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs.

Absolutely! Even if we are not in-network with your insurance, you can still have an eye exam with us. You can pay for the exam out-of-pocket, and we will assist you in submitting the necessary paperwork to your insurance for reimbursement.

Dr. Lewis has extensive experience in fitting contact lenses and will ensure you find the right option for your vision needs.

You can visit us for an eye exam without a Costco membership. When you arrive, inform the Costco staff that you are here for an appointment with the optometrist, and they will allow you to enter.

However, while you can receive your prescription from us, you will need a Costco membership to purchase eyeglasses or contact lenses from Costco Optical.
