Having Dr. Lewis exam my eyes was a pleasure from making the appointment to the end of the procedure.  A big change from my experience with the other Costco in our area, so I have NO problem driving several miles more.  Dr. Lewis listened and paid attention to specifics of my eye care needs, and his dialogue with me reflected that at every step.  He is pleasant, friendly and completely professional.  I felt like he gave me the best exam I've had in years.  The office is bright, clean, efficiently laid out and has state-of-the-art equipment.  Even though I'm a "mature" person, I like knowing that the healthcare professionals I work with keep up to date.  Even his prescription forms are easier to read and well formatted.  I forgot one and they sent it to me via email -- yippee!  I give this guy and his staff 5 WhooHoo's ... :-)
