Dr Lewis is by far superior to any ophthalmologist in this area. Don't think for a minute think that you will be getting a better eye exam by going to an MD. That just means they can do surgery. Dr Lewis is experienced and so willing to take the time to ensure you have the appropriate exam I would never go anywhere else.
